What are the three biggest hurdles when it comes to getting started in real estate?
1) Cash
2) Credit
3) Risk
How would you like to get started in real estate using none of your own cash, not using your credit, and being able to do so with no risk, and while doing so, helping sellers that can’t sell and buyers that can’t buy?
In 2002, John Jackson wanted to get started in real estate, but was held back by the fear of using his own money, risking his credit, and essentially having no idea what he was doing. After researching a number of options, he locked on to the idea of lease options, and in 2003 John Jackson started Leasing to Buy, which is a website and business focused specifically on lease options.
Since then, he has completed over 450 lease option transactions, and has spent years developing the COMPLETE lease option package for his clients.
Do you know that most “gurus” that teach lease options, don’t really know how to properly structure them? They set each party up for failure, because they don’t understand how to structure the lease option for success!
He has been referred to as “The King of Lease Options” because nobody has more experience in this field than John.
Over 90% of his clients convert their lease option to permanent financing! That is unheard of in the industry! Unheard of!
Twice a year he teaches a small group of individuals how to copy his business structure and how to duplicate what he’s developed. He teaches from a real life perspective, since lease options are exactly how he earns his living. He practices what he preaches!

Vendor Tables
We usually have about 4 or 5 vendor tables for vendors to display their business information and meet and greet out members to share their business services. Vendor tables are $50 each and are about 4′ x 6′ provided by Fess Parker. If you would like to promote your business at a vendor table please can Dan Ringwald at 805-967-6595 to reserve your table before they sell out. The first half hour of our meetings are for our members to network with each other and see what investments strategies are working and what are not. Don’t forget to bring your business cards and any handouts you would like to promote and your list of very important questions.
